DESIGN SYNTHESIS
An opulent 'Gold Enchanted Evening' event design created for FMDQ, blending luxury with sophistication. The design evokes a sense of prosperity and grandeur, with gold accents symbolizing wealth and success. This enchanting atmosphere not only reflects the company’s stature but also creates an unforgettable experience, embodying elegance and exclusivity for esteemed guests.
The "Enchanted Gold Night" theme creates a magical and sophisticated atmosphere with a focus on GOLD as the central motif. The event will embrace a fairy-tale ambiance, incorporating elements such as twinkling lights, shimmering gold décor, and enchanting floral arrangements. The goal is to transform the venue into a dream-like setting that captures the allure and charm of a golden evening. Guests will experience a captivating and enchanting environment where gold symbolizes both prestige and celebration.
Initial Design Sketch
THE ENTRANCE GANTRY
The entrance gantry was designed using the iconic Jack Daniels bass guitar at a life-sized scale serving as the basis of the gantry’s form.
The Gantry is also characterized by a well lit up musical notes, warm white neon lights and textures speaking to the theme of the event.
THE ENTRANCE
The entrance was designed to look like a big white box with a golden tunnel chamfered through to create a transparent channel that looks into the experience created in the experiential area.
THE REGISTRATION
A simple wall characterized with golden foils accentuated with neon lights and golden vases with golden palms to further amplify the golden aesthetics of the entrance center to create an wholistic and memorable picture wall.
THE EXPERIENCE AREA
A simple wall characterized with golden foils accentuated with neon lights and golden vases with golden palms to further amplify the golden aesthetics of the entrance.
THE PICTURE AREAS
An enchanted mirror wall accentuated with eccentric neon lights and enchanted flowers, A golden palm wall washed with parcans, A wavy beige picture wall with neon recesses and A runway picture booth.
THE RECEPTION AREA
This space is characterized by A Wall of fame with all the past winners, A golden picture wall and an enchanted tunnel that leads guests to the main area.
THE MAIN AREA
Adorned with all shades of gold, Golden balls used for the ceiling décor, Gold shimmery table covers with black and gold chairs to further amplify the golden ambience.
THE AFTERPARTY AREA
A neon themed afterparty titled Gold Rush, having the guests unwind with interesting light themed party props, neon elements décor and a central bar.
DESIGN OPTION 2
Another design option infusing more greens and fairy lights to further amplify the enchanted theme and to amplify aesthetics and the general look & feel of the experiential spaces.
